We will leave Noah’s Ark at 6:00p.m. and transit to Sham Tseng by mass transportation. After taking the NR330 shuttle bus and 308m minibus, we will arrive at our last destination of this one-day tour – Sham Tseng Yue Kee Restaurant (深井裕記). We are going to have dinner in this famous Chinese restaurant. Tourists are able to enjoy the spectacular night view of the world’s famous Tsing Ma Bridge over Ma Wan Channel.
Dinner
Apart from the roasted goose, which is a must-try dish in Yue Kee, the traditional Chinese dishes are also well-known. This fabulous dinner ought to be a great round-up for the tour. The dinner has been included in our tour fee. Participants are going to enjoy the Yue Kee Special Menu Set, which includes many of Yue Kee’s famous dishes. For example, the traditional roast goose, deep fried prawn meat balls and scallop with broccoli. The following is the Special Menu:
